Clinical Sexologist & Intimacy Coach
My journey into this work has been shaped by lived experience, years of study, and a deep curiosity about the many ways we experience sexuality, intimacy, relationships, pleasure, and power.
I know what it is like to question what you were taught about sex and relationships—and to wonder whether there might be another way. Today, I help people explore those questions with curiosity rather than judgment and create lives, relationships, and sexual experiences that feel more genuinely their own.
You don't need to have it all figured out before you begin.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I was raised in a traditional Southern family where strong religious beliefs shaped what I learned about gender, submission, sexuality, and pleasure. For much of my life, those messages left me carrying shame and confusion around sex, love, intimacy, and my own capacity for pleasure.
Over the years, I began questioning those beliefs and discovering what existed beyond them. That process became a much larger exploration of my body, my relationships, my sexuality, and ultimately myself.
That experience is one reason I care so deeply about creating spaces where people can ask questions they may never have felt comfortable asking before.
There is no single right way to experience sexuality, intimacy, relationships, or pleasure. My work is about helping you discover what is right for you.
My Approach
My work brings together clinical sexology, sexuality education, natural health, somatic and embodied practices, relationship work, and decades of personal and professional exploration.
I have studied areas including neuroscience, pelvic and sexual health, hormones and the body, mindfulness, tantra, somatic practices, diverse sexualities, consensual non-monogamy, BDSM, kink, power exchange, and LGBTQ+ sexuality and relationships.
But knowledge is only one part of this work. I believe sexuality is something we understand not only by talking about it, but also through curiosity, communication, experience, and learning to recognize our own wants, boundaries, desires, and choices.
Grounded in Education
Evidence-informed sexuality education and clinical sexology provide a foundation for understanding what may be happening beneath the questions you bring into the room.
Centered on You
I am not interested in giving you a template for how your sexuality, relationship, or intimate life is supposed to look. We explore what actually works for you.
Beyond Conversation
Depending on the work we are doing, education can be supported by reflection, communication practices, embodied exploration, and practical experiences.
Judgment-Free Exploration
Sex, kink, relationship structures, desire, and identity can bring up questions people rarely have a place to discuss openly. This is a place where those questions are welcome.
Education & Professional Training
My formal education is complemented by years of specialized study in sexuality, relationships, natural health, intimacy, somatic work, kink, and power exchange.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Sexology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Health & Nutrition, with additional education in homeopathy.
My professional training also includes Dominatrix education and extensive study and practice in BDSM, power exchange, somatic sexuality, intimacy, and alternative relationship structures.
These different disciplines allow me to approach sexuality from multiple perspectives rather than trying to fit every person into the same model.
What Brings You Here?
You may be here because something in your sex life or relationship isn't working the way you want it to. You may want to reconnect with pleasure, understand your desires, communicate more openly with a partner, explore consensual non-monogamy, learn about kink or power exchange, or simply understand yourself better.
You may also be perfectly happy with much of your life and simply know there is more you want to explore.
You don't need a problem in order to become curious about yourself. My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It is to give you education, tools, experiences, and a judgment-free place to explore what works for you.
Start Where You Are
