Reflection asks you to look beyond whether something was completed and examine how you approached it. This is where you are invited to notice patterns, take responsibility, recognize growth, and bring greater awareness to your service.
Attention Turned Inward
Your reflections are part of the ongoing conversation between experience and development. Approach them with honesty rather than performance. There is no benefit in presenting the version of yourself you believe your Domme wants to see. The value is in learning to recognize what is actually happening within your choices, habits, responses, and service.

Honesty Over Performance
A useful reflection does not require the perfect answer. Give yourself enough time to notice what you actually think, where you encountered difficulty, what you handled well, and what deserves more attention. Your willingness to look accurately is part of the work.
